Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Al-Husayn from âIsmaâil ibn Baziâ from Salih ibn âUqbah from Yazid ibn â Abd al-Malik who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram, when passing by takes hold of a deer, draws her milk and drinks it.
He (the Imam) said, âHe owes an animal offering as penalty to offer in al-Haram (the sacred area).ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/377))
