Chapter: Expiation for Harming Birds and Eggs in the State of al-âIhram ÙÙ٠أÙصÙØÙابÙÙÙا عÙÙ٠سÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠زÙÙÙاد٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙ ÙÙصÙر٠عÙÙÙ ØÙÙ ÙاÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙت٠ÙØ£ÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙاÙÙ ) رÙجÙÙ٠أÙصÙاب٠طÙÙÙرÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙاØÙد٠٠٠غÙÙÙر٠اÙÙØÙرÙÙ Ù ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙØ´ÙتÙرÙ٠بÙÙÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙÙتÙصÙدÙÙÙ٠بÙجÙزÙاء٠اÙآخÙرÙ.
He (the Imam) said, âHe must buy an amount of wheat which is of equal value to the pigeon of al-Haram and feed it to the pigeons of al-Haram, and give charity as penalty for the other.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/381))
