Chapter: Expiation for Harming Birds and Eggs in the State of al-âIhram ÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØµÙØÙابÙÙÙØ§ عÙÙ٠سÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠زÙÙÙØ§Ø¯Ù عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØÙÙ ÙÙØ¯Ù بÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙ ÙÙØµÙر٠عÙÙÙ ØÙÙ ÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØªÙ ÙØ£ÙبÙÙ Ø¹ÙØ¨Ùد٠اÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ ) Ø±ÙØ¬ÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØµÙاب٠طÙÙÙØ±ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ§ØÙد٠٠٠غÙÙÙØ±Ù اÙÙØÙØ±ÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙØ´ÙØªÙØ±Ù٠بÙÙÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙÙØªÙØµÙØ¯ÙÙÙÙ Ø¨ÙØ¬ÙØ²ÙØ§Ø¡Ù Ø§ÙØ¢Ø®ÙرÙ.
He (the Imam) said, âHe must buy an amount of wheat which is of equal value to the pigeon of al-Haram and feed it to the pigeons of al-Haram, and give charity as penalty for the other.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/381))
