Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Samaâah from more than one person from Aban formal-Tayyar from one of the two Imams, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), who has said the following: âOne of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, has said, âOne in the state of Ihram, must not eat sea birds.ââ Ø±Ø³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/388))
