Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad from af-Halabiy who has said the following: âThis is about a man who in the state of Ihram hunts a bird.
Abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âHe owes expiation.â I then asked, âWhat happens if he kills another one?â He (the Imam) said, âIf he kills another one there is no expiation but he is of those about whom Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has said, âThose who repeat transgression, Allah retaliates against them.â (5:96)ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/389))
