Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا قَدِ٠َكَّةَ بَدَأَ بِ٠َنْزِلِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ. 2.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from Talhah ibn Zayd from Ja’far from his father, recipients of divine supreme covenant, who has said the following: “’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), after arriving in Makkah, first, would go to his lodging before performing Tawaf.” وثقا - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/9))
