1.Muhammad ibn Yahya and others have narrated from Ahmad ibn Hilal from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from a man who has said the following: âAbu â Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the first instance of justice that will be practiced after the reappearance of al-Qaâim (a.s.), is that an announcer will announce this, âThose who perform optional al-Hajj must give a chance to those performing obligatory al-Hajj to reach the Black Stone.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (8/57))
