Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Ishaq ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is for al-Hajj al-Tamattuâ (advantageous) and he is an old man, or a woman who is afraid of experiencing Hayd (menses); if such people can perform Tawaf earlier before going to Minaâ.
He (the Imam) said, âYes, those who are as such must do it earlier/ I then asked him (the Imam) about a man who assumes the state of Ihram in Makkah, then finds the House empty; so he performs Tawaf around the House and Saây between al- Safaâ and al-Marwah; if he can perform Tawaf al-Nisaâ earlier. He (the Imam) said, âNo, Tawaf al- Nisaâ is only after coming back from Mina.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (8/111))
