Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

1ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ شَيْخاً كَبِيراً أَوْ ٠َرِيضاً يَخَافُ ضِغَاطَ النَّاسِ وَزِحَا٠ُ بِالْحَجِّ وَيَخْرُجُ إِلَى ٠ِنًى قَبْلَ يَوْ٠ِ التَّرْوِيَةِ قَالَ نَعَ٠ْ قُلْتُ يَخْرُجُ الرَّجُلُ الصَّحِيحُ يَلْتَ٠َكَاناً وَيَتَرَوَّحُ بِذَلِكَ الْ٠َكَانِ قَالَ لا قُلْتُ يُعَجِّلُ بِيَوْ٠َيْنِ قَالَ نَعَ٠ْ قُلْتُ ثَلاثَةٍ قَالَ نَعَ٠ْ قُلْتُ أَكْثَرَ ٠ِنْ ذَلِكَ قَالَ لا.

He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so.’ I then asked, ‘Can a man in good health leave in e? He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he cannot do so. I then asked, ‘Can he leave one day before? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so. I then asked, ‘Can he leave two days earlier? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so. I asked, ‘Can he leave three days before? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so. I then asked, ‘Can he leave more than three days earlier?
