Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Case of One Who Throws Pebbles Improperly, or Throws Less or More ن أصحابنا، عن سهل بن زياد، وأح٠حبوب، عن ابن رئاب، عن ٠ع، عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلا٠1.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from Misma’ who has said the following: “This is about a man who due to forgetfulness on the second day first throws pebbles on Jamarah al-‘Aqabah’ then al-Wusta’ then al-’Ula’, Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ’He must reverse it by throwing pebbles on Jamarah al-Wusta’ then on Jamarah al-‘Aqabah’.’” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (18/150))
