2.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from âAbd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), was asked about al-Adhaâ; if it is obligatory on one who can afford for himself and his family.
