Chapter: The Case of a Sacrificial Animal Used for Transportation That Gives Birth or Milk ÙÙد٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙضÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠اÙصÙÙبÙÙاØ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙاÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙاÙÙ ) ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙÙ٠عÙزÙÙ ÙÙجÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙع٠إÙÙÙâ Ø£ÙجÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠إÙÙ٠اØÙتÙاج٠إÙÙÙ٠ظÙÙÙرÙÙÙا رÙÙÙبÙÙÙا Ù ÙÙ٠غÙÙÙر٠أÙÙÙ ÙÙعÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙا ÙÙØ¥ÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙا ÙÙبÙÙÙ ØÙÙÙبÙÙÙا ØÙÙابا٠Ùا ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙا.
1.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: âThis is about the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, âIn cattle there are benefits for you for an appointed time.â (22:34) Abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that of such benefits are using them for transportation without harshness or milking them, if applicable, without draining everything in their udder.â جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (8/168))
