Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtariy from Mansur who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âOne who does not fast in Dhu al-Hajjah until it is the month of Muharram, he owes one sheep to slaughter and fasting is not obligatory on him, he must slaughter it in Minaâ.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (18/198))
