Chapter: The Months in Which Al-’Umrah Is Preferable and the Case of One Who Assumes the State of Ihram in One Month and Comes Out of Such State in another Month َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عِيسَى الْفَرَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ إِذَا أَهَلَّ بِالْعُ٠ْرَةِ فِي رَجَبٍ وَأَحَلَّ فِي غَيْرِهِ كَانَتْ عُ٠ْرَتُهُ لِرَجَبٍ وَإِذَا أَهَلَّ فِي غَيْرِ رَجَبٍ وَطَافَ فِي رَجَبٍ فَعُ٠ْرَتُهُ لِرَجَبٍ.

If one says Talbiyah for al-‘Umrah in another month and comes out of the state of Ihram in the month of Rajab, his al-‘Umrah is al-‘Umrah in the month of Rajab.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/235))
