Muhammad ibn Ismaâil has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Safwan ibn Yahya from Muâawiyah ibn âAmmar from Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) who said: âOne may perform al-âUmrah during any month of the year.
