Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: Visiting the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Y our cause َّدِ بْنِ بُنْدَارَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْ٠ِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي حَجَرٍ الأَسْلَ٠ِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) ٠َكَّةَ حَاجّاً وَلَ٠ْ يَزُرْنِي إِلَى الْ٠َدِينَةِ جَفَوْتُهُ يَوْ٠َنْ أَتَانِي زَائِراً وَجَبَتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي وَ٠َنْ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَ٠َاتَ فِي أَحَدِ الْحَرَ٠ُهَاجِراً إِلَى الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حُشِرَ يَوْ٠َعَ أَصْحَابِ بَدْرٍ.

Whoever comes to visit me, my intercession on his behalf becomes necessary. One on whose behalf my intercession becomes necessary, for him paradise becomes necessary. Whoever dies in one of the two Sacred areas, Makkah or al-Madinah, will not be exposed or brought in, to present an account of his deeds.

Whoever dies during his migration to Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, on the Day of Judgment will be raised with the people of Badr.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (18/258))
