Chapter: Entering al-Madinah, Visiting the Holy Prophet and Prayer Near His Grave 4٠أÙبÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙØ£ÙØ´ÙعÙرÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙزÙÙÙار٠عÙÙÙ ØÙÙ ÙÙاد٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙسÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ù ÙسÙعÙÙد٠ÙÙاÙ٠رÙØ£ÙÙÙت٠أÙبÙا عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙاÙÙ ) اÙÙتÙÙÙ٠إÙÙÙÙ ÙÙبÙر٠اÙÙÙÙبÙÙÙÙ (صÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ¢ÙÙÙ) ÙÙÙÙضÙع٠ÙÙدÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙاÙ٠أÙسÙØ£ÙÙ٠اÙÙ٠اÙÙÙØ°Ù٠اجÙتÙبÙاÙÙ ÙÙاخÙتÙارÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙدÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙدÙ٠بÙÙ٠أÙÙÙ ÙÙصÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø«ÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠إÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙائÙÙÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙصÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙبÙÙÙÙ ÙÙا Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙÙا اÙÙÙØ°ÙÙÙ٠آ٠ÙÙÙÙا صÙÙÙÙÙا عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙسÙÙÙÙÙ 4.
Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufiy from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Hammad ibn âIsa from Muhammad ibn Masâud who has said the following: âI saw abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), approaching the grave of the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause.
He placed his hand on the grave and said, I appeal before Allah who chose you, selected you, guided you and guided through you to grant salawat (favors and compensation to you worthy of your services to Allahâs cause). He (the Imam) then said, âAllah grants salawat and the angels ask for salawat in favor of the Holy Prophet.
O believers, you should also ask salawat in favor the Holy Prophet and (declare, affirm and acknowledge that he is a âAlayhi al-Salam and your) submission to (commandments of) the Messenger of Allah.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (18/263))
