Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: Buying and Selling Real Estate َّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَ٠َّادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ وَهْبٍ الْحَرِيرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ُشْتَرِي الْعُقْدَةِ ٠َرْزُوقٌ وَبَائِعُهَا ٠4.

Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ali has narrated from Salih ibn abu Hammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Wahab al-Haririy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘The buyer of real property receives sustenance and the seller thereof suffers a serious loss.” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (9/41))
