Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: Buying and Selling Real Estate َّدِ بْنِ بُنْدَارَ عَنْ أَحْ٠َدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يُوسُفَ عَنْ عَبْدِ السَّلا٠َرَ عَنْ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِي٠َ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ْحُوقٌ إِلا أَنْ يُجْعَلَ فِي عَقَارٍ ٠6.

Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Bandar has narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Yusuf from ‘Abd al-Salam from Hisham ibn Ahmar who has said the following: “Abu Ibrahim, Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the price (money) received in exchange for real estate is a loss unless another piece of real estate is purchased therewith.” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (19/42))
