Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who dies indebted and someone guarantees the creditors to pay them on behalf of the deceased, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf the creditors agree with such guarantees, the deceased becomes free of his responsibility for payment of debts he owed.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/52))
