Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from âAmmar who has said the following: âAbu â Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that âAmir al-Muâminin (a.s.), would keep in custody a procrastinating debtor; then command to distribute his assets among his creditors proportionate to their shares, and if he (the debtor) disagreed, he (the Imam) sold his assets, then distributed it among his creditors.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/55))
