6.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam who has said the following: âOnce when I was selling al-Sabiriy (a certain kind of fabric) in the shade, abu al-Hassan (a.s.), passed by and said to me, âO Hisham, selling in shade is cheating and cheating is not lawful.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/149))
