Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: Buying and Selling Fruits َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ غِيَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنِينَ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) ٠َنْ بَاعَ نَخْلا قَدْ أَبَّرَهُ فَثَ٠َرَتُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْ٠َّ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه).

Ali (a.s.), then said that this is how the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, judged a case.’” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (19/177))
