3.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn Hadid from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who buys food then sells it before receiving delivery, he (the Imam) said, âIt is not harmful.â âCan he appoint the second buyer as his agent to receive delivery?â He (the Imam) said, âIt is not harmful.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/180))
