4.A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from and Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn Mahbub from abu Wallad from abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), and others from abu Jaâfar (a.s.), who has said the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âBrokerage fee is not unlawful; he only buys for people every now and then for a known amount.
