Ali has narrated from his father Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan all from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who buys certain goods with deferred payment for an appointed time, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âHe cannot buy it in the manner of Murabahah (capital plus profit) without deferment for an appointed time which is agreed upon; and if he sells in the manner of Murabahah (capital plus profit) without informing the party, then the one who has bought is entitled for a deferment of similar duration.ââ ØØ³Ù ÙØ§ÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/231))
