7.Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said that Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), would not return a non-pregnant slave-girl after doing sexual intercourse but he (the Imam) would deduct from her price proportionate to the cost of the defect.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/244))
