Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: Buying Slaves, Finding Defects, Returnable and Non-Returnable ٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ الْحُبْلَى فَيَنْكِحُهَا وَهُوَ لا يَعْلَ٠ُ قَالَ يَرُدُّهَا وَيَكْسُوهَا. 9.

Aban has narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “About the case of a man who buys a pregnant slave-girl and does sexual intercourse with her when he did not know, abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘He must return her and clothe her.’” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (19/244))
