Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who buys a slave-girl and makes her to give birth, then finds her to be stolen, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âHer owner takes the slave-girl and the man takes the child.ââ رس٠ÙاÙØس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/245))
