Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from âAbd al-Hamid ibn Saâd who has said the following: âI once asked abu Ibrahim (a.s.), about the bones of elephants; if it was permissible to sell or buy the combs which were made thereof.
