Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from Ishaq ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âThis is concerning my question before abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who bought from a charity collector who committed injustice.
He (the Imam) said, âHe can buy from him unless he learns that he has done injustice in collecting those goods.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/270))
