Muhammad ibn Yahya ht Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-âAlaâ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who gave a certain amount of assets to another man for Mudarabah (profit sharing) and prohibited him from taking it out with him, but he went out.
He (the Imam) said, âHe is held responsible for the assets and the profit is for both.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/292))
