Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn âIsa from Ali ibn Hadid from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who has said the following: âOne of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, has said, The right of al- Shufâah (pre-emption) of an asset belongs to a business partner who has not yet departed partnership.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/371))
