4.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn âAbd Allah ibn Hilal from âUqbah ibn Khalid who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âThe Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, issued a judgment in favor of al- Shufâ (oneâs rights of pre-emption) in the case of partners in the ownership of land and houses, saying, âHarming and causing harm because of suffering harm is not lawful.â He (the Messenger of Allah) also said, âOnce division takes place and boundaries are set al-Shufâ (oneâs rights of pre-emption) ceases to exist.âââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/372))
