Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from abu al-Mighraâ from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following: âThis is concerning my question before abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the yard between two houses and he (the Imam) expressed certainty about the judgment of Ali (a.s.), in such case in favor of the house toward which the fence is facing.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/401))
