Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following: âThis is concerning my question before abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a fence between two houses, he (the Imam) (a.s.), expressed certainty about the judgment of Ali (a.s.), which was in favor of the house toward which the fence was facing.â" صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/404))
