2.Ahmad ibn Muhammad al-âAsemiy has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan al-Tamimiy from ibn Baqqah from abu âAbd Allah al- Muâmin from âAmmar ibn abu âAsem who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âThe prayers of four kinds of people are not heard and accepted and he (the Imam) said that the fourth one is he who has an asset which he lends it to someone without the presence of witness and testimony; and Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, then says, âDid I not command you to secure witness and testimony.âââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/407))
