Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from ibn Muskan from Zurarah and abu Basir who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that âAmir al-Muâminin, issued judgment in favor of a man whose slave was hired by a goldsmith or another man. The judgment said, âIf he has caused certain damage or has run away with something, the masters are held responsible.
