Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage َّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَ٠َّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) وَيَزِيدَ بْنِ حَ٠َّادٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَ٠ِيلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلا وَهُوَ يُصِيبُ حَظّاً ٠ِنَ الزِّنَى فَزِنَى الْعَيْنَيْنِ النَّظَرُ وَزِنَى الْفَ٠ِ الْقُبْلَةُ وَزِنَى الْيَدَيْنِ اللَّ٠ْسُ صَدَّقَ الْفَرْجُ ذَلِكَ أَ٠11.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from ibn abu Najran from those whom he has mentioned from abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), and Yazid ibn Hammad and others from abu Jamilah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far, and abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, have said, ‘There is no one without a share in fornication.

Fornication of the eyes is looking, of the mouth is kissing, of hands is touching, regardless if the genital organs materialize it or not.’” رسل والثاني ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (20/410))
