Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that about the case of a woman who had committed fornication with a man before he went to bed âAmir al-Muâminin (a.s.), said, âThey must be separated from each other and she did not deserve any mahr (dower) because the incident was from her side.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (0/422))
