Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ عَ٠ْرِو بْنِ أَبِي الْ٠ِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ (عَلَيْهِ٠) قَالَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْفَوَاحِشِ ٠َا ظَهَرَ نِكَاحُ ا٠ْرَأَةِ الأبِ وَ٠َا بَطَنَ الزِّنَا.

the apparent and unapparent acts of indecency’ (6:151, 7:33) He (the Imam) said, ‘the apparent one is marriage with the wife of one’s father and the unapparent one is fornication.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (20/423))
