Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from âUbayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who goes to bed with a woman, then she asks for payment of mahr (dower), abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âWhen he goes to bed with her the condition of immediate payment is destroyed.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (0/114))
