Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated and others have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu âAbd Allah al-Barqiy form ibn Faddal and Jaâfar ibn Muhammad from ibn al-Qaddah who has said the following: âOnce, a man came to abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), and he (the Imam) asked, âAre you married?â The man replied, âNo, I am not married.â My father said, âI do not like to have the whole world but spend one night without wife.â He (the Imam) then said, âTwo Rakâat Salat (prayer) performed by a married man is better than an unmarried manâs performing Salat (prayer) the whole night and fasting during the day.â My father gave him seven dinars and said, âYou must get married with this.â My father then said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âFind a wife because it is helpful to increase your sustenance.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/18))
