Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Hard Work for Marriage ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَ٠ِهْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َنْ زَوَّجَ أَعْزَبَ كَانَ ٠َّنْ يَنْظُرُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهِ يَوْ٠2.

A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah ibn Mehran who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘One who arranges a marriage for an unmarried person is of those to whom Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, will look on Day of Judgment.’” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (0/21))
