Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Marriage of Fanatic (Enemy of ‘A’immah) and Skeptics َاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قَالَ لَهُ الْفُضَيْلُ أَتَزَوَّجُ النَّاصِبَةَ قَالَ لا وَلا كَرَا٠َةَ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ وَاللهِ إِنِّي لأقُولُ لَكَ هَذَا وَلَوْ جَاءَنِي بِبَيْتٍ ٠4.

Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Rib’iy from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), if I can marry al-Nasibah (one hostile to ‘A’immah).

He (the Imam) said, ‘No, it is not an honor.’ I then said, ‘I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, I just say it but even if she comes to me with a whole house full of dirham I will not do so.’” جهول كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (20/51))
