6.Flumayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Samaâah from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan al-Mithamiy from Aban from Hakam ibn Hakim who has said the following: âAbout the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, âA prostitute man cannot marry but a prostitute woman or a pagan,â (24:4) abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, This is about well- known, and openly committing prostitution.â He (the Imam) then said, âIf one after committing fornication repents he can marry as he wants.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/62))
