Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-â Abbas ibn Musa from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from al- Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following: âI once heard abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), saying, âMarriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/82))
