Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn âIsa from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr who has said the following: âI once heard abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), saying, âThe Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, arranged the marriage of Fatimah and Ali, âAlayhim al-Salam, for a mahr (dower) from one shield made by Hatmiyah (a certain people) valued at thirty dirham.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/103))
