Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad and âAbd Allah sons of Muhammad ibn âIsa have narrated from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn Salim from abu al-âAbbas who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who marries a woman with the condition that he will not take her out of her town, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âHe must keep that promiseâ or that he (the Imam) said, âIt is binding upon him.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/143))
