Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: One’s Marriage with a Mother or Sister of a Woman after out of Wedlock Conjugal Relation With Her Or going to Bed with One’s Mother-in-Law Or Stepdaughter َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠ِ عَنِ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ ٠) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ فَجَرَ بِا٠ْرَأَةٍ أَيَتَزَوَّجُ أُ٠ِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ أَوِ ابْنَتَهَا قَالَ لا.

٠َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ ٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠8.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who had committed sinful acts with a woman if he could marry her breastfeeding mother or daughter.

He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he cannot do so.’ Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim a similar Hadith.” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (20/169))
