Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Marriage with Two Sisters at the Same Time: Free or Slave-girls 13- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ ٠ُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ طَلَّقَ ا٠ْرَأَتَهُ فَبَانَتْ ٠ِنْهُ وَلَهَا ابْنَةٌ ٠ْلُوكَةٌ فَاشْتَرَاهَا أَيَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا قَالَ لا وَعَنِ الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ الْ٠ْلُوكَةُ وَابْنَتُهَا فَيَطَأُ إِحْدَاهُ٠ُوتُ وَتَبْقَى الأخْرَى أَيَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا قَالَ لا.

He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he cannot do so.’ I asked him (the Imam) about the case of a man who has a slave-girl and her daughter and he goes to bed with one of them, then she dies and the other is living; if he can go to bed with her.
